Now… Ladies. I know it’s winter and it’s cold, I know life can be really busy and I know sometimes we ALL lack a little bit of motivation but this is where I need you to ask yourself, “How badly do I want to achieve my goals?” and the answer should always be REALLY BADLY and this should always make you want to GET UP and GO. Get in your car and get to Bootcamp because you will feel better afterwards I promise.
