Personal Training

Personal training is exactly what it sounds like. It’s training and nutrition tailored to suit your lifestyle and your goals. If you decide to adopt this option at our facility you will work with one of our experienced and very highly qualified trainers who really know what it takes to get you to the next level. Our personal training is really focused on changing your life not just your body as we believe that it won’t be long lasting unless you work on your body, mind and spirit in a cooperative manner. We really aid you in becoming the total person you have always wanted to be, not just the physical body.

We do this by starting with 3 questionnaires;
1. Goal Setting
2. Lifestyle
3. Nutrition

These three questionnaires will help your trainer help you but they will also give you an indication of where you are, where you want to be and what you need to do to get there. We will be revisiting these questionnaires every 6 weeks to evaluate your progress and really see the benefits of the transformation.
How does the training work?

At the start of your training we do a structural postural assessment to give us an indication on what we need to work on for you. If your posture is out of alignment your more likely to get an injury, not burn enough fat and not feel great. With the assessment we aim to correct your posture so we are able to get the best out of your training. After we work out your posture we will give you a program every 4 weeks so you can really see you body change and get stronger. You will get 3 programs in the 12 weeks of your training that you will work on with your trainer and also in your own time.
How much is personal training?

Personal training is really tailored to your needs and what you want to achieve and as such it can range from $60-$120 per week. It really does depend on your budget and your availability.
