Sound familiar? That famous quote is infact, true!
Week 4 was another amazing, life changing week down at The Hub. It was all about sticking to the routine they created in Week 3, it’s about staying on track and really starting to push yourself. Now that you have felt the changes and even started to see them, this is where the magic begins to happen.
Talking about staying on track… We have seen a much higher percentage of girls this round sticking to the meal plan and meal prepping. Food is key, and nutrition is key so we were so pleased to see some seriously amazing meal prep efforts last week!

The next part that we are super proud of is the amount of girls who have stuck to doing there food diaries! This is a big effort, we know, writing down every thing you eat, drink, how you feel, even how many times you go to the toilet! But it is the only way we learn how our body reacts to foods and if we are fuelling ourselves for success.
Our trainer Bree reviews these food dairies every week and has said this is the best round she’s seen! Not only are they being consistently handed in, but they are taking on feedback each week and actually implementing it which THE BEST!
Small changes every week and by the end, we know the results are going to follow and be amazing!
The workouts have been harder, the clients are sorer but all in all, everyone is so on track and so motivated to smash out the assessment which is coming up reaaaallly soon!
